The texture is a compact cream, not a liquid. You take a very small amount, warm it on your finger and blend it into the skin instead of laying it on top. The right method

Tap, don’t rub. Place three small dots under the eye, blend with the tip of your ring finger using light presses, then wait thirty seconds before you judge it: the product melts in as it sets.
